Isn’t the heat wave killing you?? It’s so hot that wearing anything skin hugging is a simple no no. This summer, I am looking forward to linen palazzos and shirts, loose cotton  kurtis, bohemian spanish fringe skirts all and everything light and breathable.

While talking about light weight and breathable clothes we cannot forget the mecca of Indian wear that is Fab India. Fab India has been a favorite store of mine since I was a child. I would see my mom rummaging through beautiful cotton saris and my sister strutting around in zari dupattas, I knew I would be a frequent visitor of this store which had inspired million fashion stories in my childhood dreams.

So, today, I have worn this beautiful linen black and white checks kurta, a very khadi inspired look along with black palazzo pants and a steal of jacket bought from Vinegar store in Mumbai. I love the beautiful pattern of the jacket and the overall festive vibe I created with a simple linen Kurta. One can also style the same with white palazzos and sandals for a killer chiller vibe.

Do let me know in your comments what did you think about this look.

Sometimes all you need in life is some silence and solace between the humdrum of the society. This can be aptly be described as the color white. With major transitions happening in my life I just wanted a moment or two to take in my surroundings, take a deep breath and simply smile.

The color white has been an all time favorite of mine. For me, it denotes purity and calm , it denotes a gentleness that this kalyug doesn’t aptly define. It denotes love and sincerity.  For today’s outfit of the day , I have bought from Chemistry. This was an implusive buy and I don’t regret it for a single second, I paired the dress with my favorite Zara heels and some beautiful earrings bought from Lajpat Nagar in Delhi .

Do let me know if you like this look. Let me know how are you going to style your shirt dress. Don’t forget to tag me at Instagram and let me see the fashionista in you.

Cheers!

I love the combination of White Shirt and blue Jeans on men and women alike. I feel, This combo elevates the hotness quotient to another level . A plain white shirt can be worn in multiple ways to create different looks. You can wear it as a Kurta over dhoti pants, wear it over a skirt , like I did in this post to create a fusion look. You can wear it as an overall with a short dress, the possibilities here are endless and it is upto you to use your creative and fashion abilities to stand out from the rest.

For a chic look, one can tie up your hair in a lose bun, wear a red lipstick and some killer heels along with this eternal combo. With the summer approaching it’s time to bid farewell to tight jeans and welcome shorts, maxi and mini dresses , dhoti pants and more. Also, white being an all time favoUrite summer color one does have enough experiments in lengths and materials to get your fashion clock ticking.

Outfit Details is as follows:
